About Manna

At Manna, we’re building the future of delivery - fast, affordable, and sustainable. Our drones are already operating across Ireland, and we’re scaling internationally at pace.

We move quickly, we evolve constantly, and our people are at the centre of everything we do. This is a place for high-energy, high-impact individuals who want to shape the future and grow with us.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an agile People Partner to join our team.

This is not a traditional HR role - this is a hands-on, embedded position where you’ll work directly with managers to build high-performing teams, drive culture, and scale the organisation during a critical phase of growth.

You will partner closely with Managers and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor while also rolling up your sleeves to execute key projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we hire, develop, and retain talent at Manna.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup or scale-up environment, is comfortable with ambiguity and brings strong energy, ownership, and pace. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, who drives to make the needle move, is comfortable in the weeds of things while also thinking about the bigger picture.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with managers to build, shape and scale high-performing teams
  • Drive performance management, ensuring clarity, accountability, and growth for all employees across Manna
  • Coach managers on leadership, feedback, and team effectiveness
  • Support the full lifecycle of the employee
  • Champion and embed Manna’s culture and values across the business
  • Support the HR Manager and HR Director in the People Strategy as required

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner role
  • Proven experience in a startup or scale-up environment (essential)
  • Strong background in performance management, talent development, and organisational growth
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading or supporting teams
  • High energy, proactive, and comfortable operating at pace and in ambiguity
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people - focused on developing others, enabling success, and bringing an approachable, growth-oriented mindset to everything they do while juggling the operational day to day

What You’ll Get

  • A key role in a high-growth, category-defining company
  • High ownership and autonomy
  • A fast-paced, ambitious, and supportive environment to support your growth

If you’re someone who brings energy, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to make a real impact - we’d love to hear from you.
