Senior AV Project Manager Team Lead

As part of Mobileye's global AV Everywhere initiative, we're expanding our autonomous vehicle operations to cities around the world. Our mission is to safely scale autonomous driving technology across diverse real-world environments and bring self-driving mobility closer to everyday life.

As the team lead, you will drive the execution of this global effort, overseeing operations, deployments, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple international sites. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, large-scale operations, and global expansion while playing a key role in bringing autonomous vehicles to new markets worldwide.

This role requires frequent international travel and may include extended stays at overseas customer and Mobileye locations.

What will your job look like?

• Lead and manage Mobileye's global AV Everywhere operations, ensuring successful execution across multiple international test sites and customer locations.
• Drive cross-functional projects by collaborating with R&D, Product, Business Development, Operations, Legal, PR, and other stakeholders to support autonomous vehicle deployment and scaling.
• Establish and optimize processes, procedures, and best practices to enable efficient day-to-day operations and consistent execution across global sites.
• Oversee the integration, validation, and deployment of autonomous vehicle technologies, working closely with engineering teams to introduce new capabilities and ensure operational readiness.
• Represent Mobileye externally, supporting customer engagements, vehicle demonstrations, regulatory interactions, and international expansion activity.

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or a related technical field.

• 3+ years of people management experience.

• Proven experience leading complex technical or R&D projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand advanced technologies.

• Experience working with international customers, partners, regulators, or cross-cultural teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.
