What you will do
In a B2B-environment, you will connect technical expertise with commercial opportunities. You will work closely with prospective customers, internal product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure our autonomous mobility solutions create maximum value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the technical counterpart within the sales process and serving as the bridge between our product division and future customers
- Managing qualified leads generated and driving opportunities through the commercial process
- Understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling autonomous mobility solution
- Guiding technically complex sales opportunities from initial discussions through contract negotiations and closing
- Defining customer requirements and incorporating market feedback into product development
- Driving standardization across commercial processes while negotiating customer-specific requirements and special cases
What will help you to fulfill your role
We are looking for an individual who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement. Your are curious, adaptable, and excited about helping customers understand and adopt innovative technology.
- You have proven experience in the B2B-sales environment, ideally in a technology or mobility service-related field.
- You are great at dealing with people and love to connect with different cultures and environments.
- You have a technical background or at least an affinity for technology.
- You have been involved in complex contract negotiations for technically complex products.
- You have significant experience with autonomous driving technology, specifically products similar to the MOIA Turnkey Solution.
- You have a high level of ownership and self-motivation to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
- You have strong communication skills - authentic, clear, and able to adapt to different audiences.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus.
