Technical Trainer - Service (HQ)

Key Responsibilities

1. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on EV vehicles
2. Conduct hands-on and classroom training sessions for technicians, engineers, and dealership staff
3. Develop training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and assessments
4. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, tools, service procedures and in house developments
5. Evaluate trainees’ performance through tests and practical demonstrations
6. Collaborate with product development and service teams for content accuracy and updates
7. Provide technical support and guidance during product launches and service campaigns
8. Maintain detailed training records and prepare performance reports
9. Ensure training complies with company standards and industry regulations
10. Assist in certification programs, skill matrix for Service center staff and Technicians

Ideal Candidate

1. Bachelor’s or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related technical field
2. 5+ years of experience in automotive service, repair, or technical training
3. Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
4. Experience with electric vehicle systems is a plus
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office and multimedia training tools
7. Strong organizational and documentation skills
8. Ability to travel to various training centers or dealerships as required
9. Language proficiency of Telugu, Kannada ,English is must
