Network Development Manager​ (6-months contract/freelance)

The role
As a Network Development Manager, you will support the rapid expansion of Zeekr's European retailer network, helping grow from 35 partners at the end of 2025 to around 200 by mid-2027. You will drive the execution of network development activities across Europe, ensuring alignment with strategy, governance, processes, and brand standards. Working closely with HQ and regional teams, you will enable efficient dealer onboarding, network roll-out, and facility readiness while ensuring quality, compliance, and speed.

This is what you will do:

• Coordinate network development activities between HQ and regional teams across Europe

• Ensure alignment with network strategy, roll-out plans, dealer appointment processes, and onboarding standards

• Support markets in evaluating, selecting, and onboarding retailer partners

• Monitor network expansion progress, track milestones, and resolve issues that could impact dealer openings

• Drive execution excellence and consistent decision-making across markets

• Ensure dealer facilities comply with Zeekr's Sales Identity (SI) and Corporate Identity (CI) standards

• Review facility designs and act as a quality gate for dealer readiness and launch

• Support governance, business case assessment, documentation, and approval processes

• Drive transparency, reporting, and continuous improvement of network development processes
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Experience in automotive network development, dealer operations, or retail network expansion

• Strong understanding of dealer lifecycle processes including selection, appointment, onboarding, and launch

• Proven project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder management capabilities

• A hands-on and execution-oriented mindset with the ability to remove bottlenecks and deliver results

• Experience working with SI/CI standards, facility development, or retailer compliance programs

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Experience with Area of Influence (AOI) modelling, network planning, and market analysis is highly desirable

• Ability to translate data insights into actionable network development decisions

• Excellent communication skills and experience working in an international environment

• Fluent English
