Key Responsibilities

  6. Achieve a minimum customer satisfaction score of 90% through effective team management and customer engagement initiatives
  7. Successfully reduce service response times by 20% within the first year of employment through efficient team handling and process optimization
  8. Develop a high-performing team with a retention rate of over 85% by fostering a positive work environment and providing growth opportunities
  9. Implement at least three innovative customer engagement strategies that lead to an increase in customer retention by 15% year-over-year
