Intern- Legal

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct legal research on relevant regulations and compliance issues in the automotive and e-scooter industries.
2. Assist in the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
3. Support the legal team in preparing documentation for regulatory filings and corporate governance.
4. Participate in meetings and take notes, summarizing key points and action items.
5. Help the legal team in maintaining trackers and document repository.
6. Help maintain and organize legal documents and records.
7. Assist in compliance audits and investigations as needed.
8. Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

1. The ideal candidate should be an independent, result-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
2. A law degree (LL.B.) from a reputed law school is essential. 
3. Preferably currently pursuing or a 2026 pass out.
4. Experience of 0-1 years in a legal department in an organization of a similar legal complexity or in a law firm
