Print Production & Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with multiple print vendors; evaluate print quality, timelines, and pricing while negotiating for cost efficiencies.
2. Conduct stringent quality checks before dispatch to ensure output meets brand and industry standards.
3. Maintain organised archives of print samples, specifications, and production references.
4. Track stock levels based on seasonality, walk-in trends, and campaign needs.
5. Forecast collateral requirements and plan production cycles proactively.
6. Manage dispatch and logistics of collaterals to stores with complete documentation and accountability.
7. Build a structured replenishment system to ensure stores are neither understocked nor overstocked
8. Set up and manage SOPs for collateral creation, approvals, printing, storage, and distribution.
9. Ensure minimal wastage, controlled distribution, and strong process governance.

Ideal Candidates:

1. Preferred: 3 to 5 years of experience in project management. Print background preferred.
2. Excellent coordination and process management skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
4. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for tracking and planning.
