Ideal Candidate

  1. Strong customer management skills with a focus on engagement and relationship building, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  2. 15 - 20 year Experience
  3. Extensive experience in team management and development, with a proven ability to support, motivate, and elevate team performance
  4. Proficient in analyzing service metrics and formulating effective solutions for operational improvement
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to service delivery
